Gelato Artigianale
Slow-churned the Italian way with milk, cream, and the finest nuts, cacao and pastes we can lay our hands on. Dense, silky, never airy.
Italian-inspired recipes, churned fresh every morning in our gelateria. Slow-ripened fruit, single-origin chocolate, Sicilian pistacchio — never anything artificial. Just gelato, the way it was meant to be.

From the dense, spoonable artigianale to dairy-free sorbets and our cult-favorite panino gelato — every family is churned in small batches with single-origin ingredients.

Slow-churned the Italian way with milk, cream, and the finest nuts, cacao and pastes we can lay our hands on. Dense, silky, never airy.
Dairy-free sorbets made from ripe seasonal fruit and a touch of cane sugar. Plus a small rotating line of plant-based gelatos worth writing home about.

Two warm brioche buns, a generous slab of gelato, a drizzle of olive oil or crunch of pistachio. The summer sandwich you didn't know you needed.
A rotating cast of thirty-plus. These six never leave the case — ask any scoop and we'll pair it with the cone, cup, or brioche of your choosing.

Slow-roasted Sicilian pistacchio, stone-ground into a dense emerald paste.

Fior di latte base drizzled with a thread of single-origin dark chocolate.

70% single-origin cacao, churned slow and dark as a winter night.

Woodland raspberries macerated in their own juice, barely sweetened.

Orsino began in 2012 with a single Carpigiani machine, a borrowed storefront, and a stubborn belief that gelato should taste like its ingredients — not like sugar and air. We still churn in batches small enough to fit in a single morning's work, so what lands in your cone was, more often than not, milk this week.
Our pistacchio comes from a single orchard in Bronte. Our chocolate is a 70% single-origin from a co-operative in Madagascar. Our fruit is whatever the market had too much of yesterday — ripe, fragrant, and only ever sweetened with cane sugar.
If it doesn't taste like the thing it's made of, it isn't gelato. It's a story about gelato.

A slab of your favorite flavor pressed between two warm brioche buns, finished with a drizzle of olive oil or a crunch of candied nut. Sweet, savory, and entirely confusing — in the best way.

A dedicated line of dairy-free sorbets, sugar-free gelatos sweetened with erythritol, and keto-friendly scoops. Same mouthfeel, same obsession with the raw ingredient.
